Role Description:

Italian restaurant - In charge of Pizza & Grill operation independently

Collaborate with other kitchen crews to prepare, clean, and organize ingredients for use during the service

Train and develop junior chefs

Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene
Requirements:

Full-time – 5 days and half per week
-
Solid hands-on experience in opening pizza by hands (wood-fired oven) & Charcoal Grill
-
Western cuisine trained, culinary school qualifications a plus​

Role Description:

Greet and serve guests with warm and bright smile to create excellent dining experience

Delivers excellent customer service to all customers and maintains a calm presence in a fast-paced challenging environment

Various service functions including but not limit to taking orders, set-up/clean-up the tables, serving the food/beverage, ensure cleanliness of restaurant, attend to customers’ needs, etc., …

Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu and daily specials

Reporting directly to the Outlet Manager
Requirements:

Friendly personality and positive service attitude is a must

Fluent English is a must

Strong sense of responsibility in job duties

Energetic team player with good communication skills

We welcome candidates with no experience but are passionate about servicing and has a positive learning attitude (hands-on training will be provided)

At least 1 year of F&B servicing experience will be a plus
