Mangiatutto (“the quality big feed”) launched in early 2009 with its first Italian restaurant,

Cugini Trattoria Pizzeria. Since then, the mission has been to develop a series of concepts based on the freshness and authenticity of Mediterranean Cuisine. They operate four restaurant brands, each one following a simple philosophy: "Handmade food from traditional recipes using quality ingredients"

 

Headed by Mauro and Gerri, the two have a wealth of experience and knowledge collectively from working in restaurants all across Europe. With Mauro’s hon­est, flavorful food and Gerri’s wine ex­per­tise, the Mangiatutto Group of restaurants offers a truly authentic Mediterranean dining experience.

Mauro Muroni – Executive Chef

Having worked along other renowned chefs and restaurants, Mauro’s latest stints include 3 Michelin star Chef Alain Ducasse’s restaurants and 2 Michelin star restaurant, Noma. His rich experience shows through beautiful, unpretentious food with a focus on fresh ingredients.

 

Gerri Sottile – General Manager & Sommelier

Besides being culinary trained, Gerri has a Sommelier diploma with the Italian Association of Sommelier and a Master of Business Administrations. His extensive experience in all aspects of the industry can be seen from the carefully designed interiors to the unique selection of wines.
