Our Story 

THE PASSION FOR TRADITION

Mangiatutto (“the quality big feed”) launched in early 2009 with its first Italian restaurant,

Cugini Trattoria Pizzeria. Since then, the mission has been to develop a series of concepts based on the freshness and authenticity of Mediterranean Cuisine. They operate four restaurant brands, each one following a simple philosophy: Handmade food from traditional recipes using quality ingredients. 

 

Headed by Mauro and Gerri, the two have a wealth of experience and knowledge collectively from working in restaurants all across Europe. With Mauro’s hon­est, fla­vour­ful food and Gerri’s wine ex­per­tise, the Mangiatutto Group of restaurants offers a truly authentic Mediterranean dining expereince.

 

Mauro Muroni – Executive Chef

Having worked along other renowed chefs and restaurants, Mauro’s latest stints include 3 Michelin star Chef Alain Ducasse’s restaurants and 2 Michelin star restaurant, Noma. His rich experience shows through beautiful, unpretentious food with a focus on fresh ingredients.

 

Gerri Sottile – General Manager & Sommelier

Besides being culinary trained, Gerri has a Sommelier diploma with the Italian Association of Sommelier and a Master of Business Adminstration. His extensive experience in all aspects of the industry can be seen from the carefully designed interiors to the unique selection of wines.

Our Restaurants 

 

Cugini

Launched in early 2009, Cugini Trattoria Pizzeria quickly became a popular choice on Club Street and substantially contributed to the re-launch of the street as a destination for smart-dining and nightlife in Singapore. Savour a true Italian dining experience that is fresh, flavourful and unpretentious.

Los Primos

In July 2012, Mangiatutto opened a traditional Spanish concept on Club Street. This adventure relies on the vast experience of the owners and team of Spanish chefs in authentic Spanish traditions for genuine, hearty food. Enjoy a typical Spanish meal at Los Primos with décor and hand-crafted furniture from Valencia.

SolePomodoro

After a good run of two years on Mackenzie Road, Sole Pomodoro continues its success on the large, water-front terrace of Sentosa Cove with the same wood-fired pizza oven. Expect a stylish, yet relaxed dining experience of classic Italian cusine on one of the most glamorous yachting marinas in South East Asia.

Mykonos On The Bay

Mykonos On The Bay is a traditional Greek restaurant reminiscence of the blue and white  Mediterranean island. Faithful to the classic recipes of Greek tradition, experience a Mediterranean feast by the sea with handmade gastronomy using the freshest ingredients.
