Meet our Executive Chef of the Company
A native of Sardinia, Chef Mauro's cooking foundation is built on using quality farm-to-table ingredients to create traditional, handmade comfort food. He spent his younger years learning from the best chefs in the world. Chef Mauro perfected his craft by working in three-star Michelin kitchens for the legendary Alaine Ducasse and in the world-renowned Noma, a two-star Michelin restaurant.
Mauro Muroni intertwines his love for cooking with his world-class culinary experience to create some of the finest traditional dishes.
