A native of Sardinia, Chef Mauro's  cooking foundation is built on using quality farm-to-table ingredients to create traditional, handmade comfort food. He spent his younger years learning from the best chefs in the world. Chef Mauro perfected his craft by working in three-star Michelin kitchens for the legendary Alain Ducasse and in the world-renowned Noma, a two-star Michelin restaurant.
